A nasty wave of sectarian violence in Lando shakes the commercial city to its foundation, causing hundreds of deaths. Samuel, a secretary in a textile marketing firm, is caught in the affray, but he survives to tell his own story. His life is meaningless without those of many other friends and relations who are hacked to death in the unprovoked attacks. An in-depth investigation, in the fashion of journalese, unveils the fact that what is considered to be religious conflict is actually a wicked and greedy device by a wolf in sheep’s clothing, self-styled business icon, to protect his chain of bloody income from some Gulf states. In this game of deception, religious doctrines are lost in the wind of corruption. Consequently, hundreds of persons lose their lives. However, Alhaji Dan Suna, the mastermind of the scheme, does not escape justice.
